Is used equipment covered by any warranty?
Used machines are sold with a limited warranty on the components we have replaced or rebuilt. Terms are stated on each listing.
How do you check a used machine before you sell it?
Before a used machine is listed, ED Machines Group inspects the powerpack, hydraulics, drill string and structure, replaces worn components with genuine Epiroc parts, verifies the operating hours, and confirms that Epiroc still supports parts for that model — so you are not buying a machine that cannot be maintained.
What is the minimum rental period?
We offer flexible, project-based rentals, typically with a minimum duration of 6 to 12 months depending on the machine and application. For specific project timelines or shorter trial periods, contact our technical team via WhatsApp to discuss terms and availability.
I do not know the part number. Can you still help?
Yes. Send us the machine model and serial number, plus a photo of the part if you have one. We identify it against Epiroc documentation.
Do you supply parts for machines bought elsewhere?
Yes. If it is an Epiroc machine, we can supply genuine parts for it regardless of where it was purchased.
Are genuine Epiroc parts worth paying more for?
A copied wear part costs less on the invoice and more over the year. It wears faster, damages the components around it, and voids the warranty on the machine it is fitted to. Genuine Epiroc parts are specified to the same tolerances as the original build.
Is Epiroc equipment suitable for Malaysian conditions?
